Feat/owl axiom extraction v0

MR draft with the KR to RDF tools, i.e., the functions to create OWL RDF triples from a KR.

At the moment, I am missing the tests for functions creating OWL individuals (I have to design a better Kr for this).

I also included the OWLaxiomExtraction pipeline component. But I haven't tested it yet.
